1. Warranty Coverage

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty begins on the date your order is delivered. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Internal electrical or motor failures that occur under normal, everyday home use.
  • Malfunctions of digital displays, buttons, or power components.

If your device fails due to a covered defect during the 1-year period, Velanqo LLC will, at our discretion, replace the defective unit with a new one or provide a full refund.

2. What is NOT Covered

To ensure fairness, this warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use or natural product lifespans. Exclusions include:

  • Consumables and Replacement Parts: Items such as HEPA filters and humidifier wicks are designed to be replaced regularly and are not covered under this warranty.
  • Damage caused by dropping, physical impact, or unauthorized disassembly.
  • Damage caused by using the appliance outside of its intended purpose (e.g., commercial use or using incorrect voltage/power supplies).
  • Water damage to internal motor components (for items not designed to hold water).
  • Normal wear and tear, including superficial scratches or cosmetic discoloration over time.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Velanqo device that you believe is covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email our support team at support@velanqo.com. Please include "Warranty Claim" and your original Order Number in the subject line.
  • Step 2: Provide a brief description of the issue. Attach a short video or clear photos demonstrating the defect.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label to send the defective unit back to our warehouse, and we will dispatch your replacement immediately.

4. Relationship to the Return Policy

Please note that this Warranty Policy applies specifically to defective devices over a 1-year period. If you simply wish to return a new, unused item because you changed your mind, please refer to our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
